1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Kids Learning ("we," "our," or "the App") handles information. Kids Learning is a vocabulary and quiz app designed for children ages 2-5. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international privacy laws.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect personal information from children, including:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
• Photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Precise geolocation data
• Login credentials or account information

The App does not require registration or user accounts.

3. Information Collected Automatically

The App uses third-party services that may automatically collect limited, non-personal technical data:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

• Device type, operating system version, and general (country-level) location
• Ad interaction data (impressions and clicks)
• Child-directed treatment is enabled — no advertising identifier (IDFA) is collected, and no personalized or interest-based ads are served

Firebase Analytics

• App usage events (screens viewed, session duration)
• Device language, country, time zone, and operating system version
• A randomly generated app instance identifier (not linked to any real-world identity)

None of this data identifies your child personally.

4. How We Use Information

• Analytics: To understand how the App is used and improve the experience
• Advertising: To display contextual, non-personalized advertisements appropriate for children
• We do not use any data for behavioral profiling, marketing to children, or interest-based advertising

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Firebase — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

We do not sell, trade, or share children's data with data brokers or any other third parties.

6. Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. All ads are:

• Non-personalized — no behavioral or interest-based targeting
• Child-directed — configured with tagForChildDirectedTreatment enabled
• Content-rated G — limited to age-appropriate, general-audience content

A future update may offer a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. That transaction will be processed entirely by Apple/Google — we will not collect any payment information.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This App is directed to children under 13. We:

• Do not knowingly collect personal information from children
• Have enabled child-directed treatment on all advertising and analytics services
• Do not display personalized or behavioral advertising
• Do not request or use the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt
• Comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

8. Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

• Review — Contact us to learn what data, if any, relates to your child's use of the App
• Delete — Request deletion of any data associated with your child
• Refuse — Request that we stop any further data collection

9. International Users

The App is available in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Indonesian, and Spanish. Data processed by third-party services (Google) may be stored on servers located in the United States. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with applicable GDPR requirements for children's data.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect data handled by the App. Third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase) maintain their own security practices. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

11. Data Retention

The App itself does not store personal data on our servers. Firebase Analytics retains event data according to our configured retention settings. AdMob data is subject to Google's standard retention policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top. We encourage parents to review this policy periodically.
